MATTHEW 28:18-20
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on
earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all
nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of
the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the
age.”
JOHN 3:16-18
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever
believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send
his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through
him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not
believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the
name of God’s one and only Son.
JOHN 3:36
36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son
will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
ROMANS 1:18-23
18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the
godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their
wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because
God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s
invisible qualities - his eternal power and divine nature - have been clearly
seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without
excuse. 21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor
gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts
were darkened. 22 Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23 and
exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal
human being and birds and animals and reptiles.
ROMANS 1:24-27
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual
impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged
the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather
than the Creator - who is forever praised. Amen. 26 Because of this, God gave
them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual
relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural
relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men
committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due
penalty for their error.
ROMANS 1:28-32
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge
of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what
ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of
wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife,
deceit and malice. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, God-haters, insolent,
arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their
parents; 31 they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy.
32 Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things
deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve
of those who practice them.
REVELATION 14:9-11
9 A third angel followed them and said in a loud voice: “If anyone
worships the beast and its image and receives its mark on their forehead or
on their hand, 10 they, too, will drink the wine of God’s fury, which has
been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. They will be
tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of
the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever.
REVELATION 20:11-15
11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth
and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books
were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead
were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.
13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the
dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they
had done. 14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The
lake of fire is the second death. 15 Anyone whose name was not found written
in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.
